    Exceptional

It was very handy to the two locations we were to visit: CFB Kingston and Old Fort Henry and we did not have to go through downtown Kingston to get to them.

When we checked in the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Rooms were good beds ok . Breakfast was a joke. In reception area could only seat 8 people at little tables, felt like third world. Cereal, toast only brown bread and a few muffins bagels. Bowls and cutlery wre plastic.ever tried spreading hard butter with plastic knife. Employee who looked like owner or manager kept away in office. Very very poor. Overall not value for money.

It was convenient for the RMC graduation.

It was very much of a "budget" hotel - yet the price was $119 a night for 2 people. Not very clean, very worn. I expected a bit nicer for the price, it seemed more like something that would be a 50 -70 price range.

    Fabulous

Nice pool. I also liked the look of the exterior. Nicely mowed and trimmed. Very good overall landscaping.

Bathroom was very dirty, Pubic hairs on rim of tub, ground dirt on shower walls, Had to request a clean shower curtain. The one in the bathroom smelled of Pee and was very strong.

Bathroon was very dirty. Pubic hairs on rim of tub. Ground dirt on shower walls. Shower curtain smelled real bad of pee. Bathrooms are very important to a persons stay in a hotel.

The price was very cheap but u truly get what u pay for. Next time I'll pay the extra $$$ to get a better hotel.

Bathroom was super tiny, not enough pillows or towels for 2 people. Did not appreciate the sign posted in room about conserving energy by using the same sheets and towels from previous nights stay "just like you would at home". Bed was uncomfortable. Room was too cold. Breakfast was not served at all or stopped before we woke up at 9am.

    Good

Good location ,walking distance to coffee shops or for something to eat .

Our room was too close to lobby and door banging with people comming and going .

The only good thing about the stay at the Super 8 Kingston was the awesome time I had with my girlfriend and the good laughs we had about the place.

What a dump!!!! Would never stay there again. The rooms are extremely small and the bathroom is smaller than a closet, you can literally wash your face in the sink while sitting on the toilet. Very dirty and smelled very bad. The tub was plugged and very dirty. I understand that a cheap price usually means lower quality but I do expect the place to be clean. We only stayed there one night and checked out to a better hotel down the street the next morning.

Nothing is being considered for any reasons of stay there.

I chose this hotel because I had relatives in the neighbourhood. It was a marginal hotel and I won't stay there again. However, the positives were: comfy beds, good lighting, good pillows. .

-colour - bathroom: not clean; curtain rod falling down; nowhere to put your toiletry bag; bathroom uncomfortably tiny. The room was very small for two people. The door was jammed so that you actually had to use a shoulder or hip to get it open. Hallways dirty; carpets stained.

Location is close to Queen's University and there is a room to be had on the move-in weekend in September.

Room is very, very small. The bathroom is correspondingly small. The air conditioner barely works.

From the photos on the website, I thought I was getting a nice hotel room for the price, but I was very wrong.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. It was very dirty. The carpet was stained and the floor to the room was dirty and had soda stains on it. The hotel was old and awful. Are room was the size of a closet and the lock was broke on the door. We had to put our suitcases against the door for protection. I was very fearful that someone was going to break down the door. It was just an awful experience. I always though Super 8 was suppose to be a nice hotel with resonable rates, but I was wrong. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.

    The extremely helpful Reception Staff

The daily cleaning. Floors were never swept all the cleaner ever did was wipe around the bathroom, and change towels. We had to keep asking her to change the sheets which incidently was only once in the 12 days we stayed there.

    Good

It was good, we were on a busy street but yet it was peaceful! The breakfast was nice and quick especially with little kids!

Only 1 pillow per person, I myself need 2!
